Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

At ROAR Supplement, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

The product was damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.

The product is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.

You must notify us within 3 days of receiving the order by contacting our support team at roarsupplement@gmail.com or WhatsApp: +92 339 0339 911 with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

  • Refunds are issued via bank transfer

  • You’ll receive a confirmation once the refund has been completed.

Note: Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Products that have been opened or used

  • Items returned without original packaging

  • Orders reported after 3 days of delivery

  • Change-of-mind purchases
